Pixel’N’Code Factory™
Terms of Use
Understand the rules, responsibilities, permissions, and usage conditions that apply when accessing Pixel’N’Code websites, browser tools, downloadable assets, and related services.
Effective date: July 12, 2026. By accessing or using Pixel’N’Code Factory™, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please do not use the site if you do not agree.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to Pixel’N’Code Factory™ websites, browser-based creative tools, downloadable files, SVG and sound repositories, previews, samples, browser extensions, forms, pages, and other digital materials or services we make available.
2. Browser-based processing
Many Pixel’N’Code Factory™ tools are designed to process files locally in your browser, while some features may rely on third-party libraries, hosted files, or limited server-side services. Tool behavior can vary by device, browser, source file, connection, and settings. You should review all output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it in a project.
3. Using the site and tools
You may use the site and its tools for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the files, text, images, audio, designs, and other material you choose to upload, process, convert, download, publish, or use.
- Do not upload or use material you do not have permission to use.
- Do not use the site to violate rights, laws, platform rules, or the privacy of another person.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the site or its services.
- Do not present tool output as something it is not, or use it for fraud, deception, impersonation, or harmful activity.
- Do not use automated methods to copy, harvest, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site, repositories, or downloadable collections.
4. SVGs, sounds, and downloadable assets
Each downloadable asset may include its own usage terms, license file, product description, or usage note. Those specific terms control when they differ from these general terms.
Unless a page or download expressly says otherwise, Pixel’N’Code Factory™ retains ownership of its original site content, branding, designs, asset packs, and downloadable materials. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, claim ownership of, or upload our original downloadable assets as standalone competing libraries or products without written permission.
5. Your responsibility for output and use
You are responsible for reviewing tool output, downloaded assets, previews, converted files, and modified materials before use. You must confirm that your use is appropriate for your project and complies with any platform, client, licensing, accessibility, privacy, trademark, copyright, disclosure, and other applicable requirements.
6. No guaranteed results
The site, tools, extensions, downloads, repositories, previews, and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that a feature will work with every file, produce a particular result, remain compatible with every browser or device, remain available at all times, or meet every project need. Pixel’N’Code tools are not a substitute for professional review where accuracy, safety, legal rights, accessibility, or production quality matters.
7. Changes, updates, and availability
We may update, change, pause, restrict, replace, or remove any page, tool, extension, feature, repository item, asset, download, or these terms at any time. We may also correct errors, change file availability, or revise technical requirements without notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
8. Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services, platforms, code libraries, hosting providers, browser stores, analytics providers, download services, social networks, or external pages. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Pixel’N’Code Factory™ does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, compatibility, or policies.
