Pixel’N’Code Factory™
Privacy Policy
Learn what information Pixel’N’Code tools, vaults, extensions, downloads, forms, and related services may handle, what usually stays local in your browser, and how limited analytics or messages are used across the site.
Effective date: July 12, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what Pixel’N’Code Factory™ does and does not collect when you use its websites, browser tools, extensions, vaults, downloads, forms, and related features.
Checking…1. Privacy at a glance
Pixel’N’Code Factory™ is designed so many creative actions happen locally in your browser. Most browser-only workstations do not require an account, and files selected for local tools are not intentionally stored on our server unless a page clearly explains that a server or third-party service is required.
2. Vaults, downloads, previews, and assets
When you browse a vault, preview an item, or download an SVG, clip art file, sound effect, sample, or other asset, we do not receive a personal copy of the file you download. Basic request information may still be processed by our hosting provider, content-delivery services, analytics tools, or other services needed to display and deliver the website.
3. Local browser storage and recent activity
Some tools may use local browser storage for preferences, favorites, recent activity, unfinished work, tool settings, or other convenience features. This information remains on your device unless the specific feature clearly states otherwise.
You can usually remove locally stored information through a tool’s clear or reset control, or by clearing site data in your browser settings. Clearing browser data may also remove saved preferences, favorites, histories, or in-progress work.
4. Files you upload or process
Many Pixel’N’Code Factory™ tools process images, audio, SVGs, text, documents, and other selected files locally on your device. Local processing means the file is handled by your browser rather than intentionally uploaded to our server for storage.
Some present or future features may require server-side processing, an external API, cloud storage, account access, or another third-party service. When that applies, the page should identify the different workflow before you use it. You remain responsible for files you choose to download, save, share, or publish.
5. Analytics and cookies
We may use Google Analytics or similar services to understand general site activity, including page visits, approximate device and browser information, referral sources, broad location information, interaction patterns, and which tools or vaults are useful. This information helps us maintain and improve the site.
Analytics providers may use cookies, local storage, identifiers, or similar technologies. Their collection and handling practices are governed by their own policies and available privacy controls.
6. Messages you send us
If you use a contact form or another message form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, maintain the site, evaluate a request, prevent misuse, or keep necessary records.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through these forms.
7. Third-party services
Pixel’N’Code Factory™ may use or link to third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, browser extensions, embedded code libraries, downloads, social platforms, payment or storefront services, APIs, and other site functions. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices, and this policy does not control information collected directly by them.
8. Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to operate the site responsibly, but no website, browser, storage method, third-party provider, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Local browser data remains on your device until you or your browser removes it. Messages and operational records may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the site, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.
9. Children’s privacy
Pixel’N’Code Factory™ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a form, please contact us so we can review and address it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, tools, extensions, vaults, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is posted.
